City plan Balotelli for El Shaarawy swop

Manchester City want to make a sensational swoop for Milan forward, Stephan El Shaarawy, by exchanging him with Mario Balotelli. The Sunday People made the claim, suggesting it would be the right way for the Rossoneri to bring avowed Milan supporter Balotelli ‘home’ to San Siro. However, Super Mario has repeatedly confirmed he wants to remain in the Premier League and City may think twice before releasing a player who cost N6.14 Billion (£24m) in the summer of 2010. Favourite Even more importantly, El Shaarawy has rapidly become a fan favourite and is also a lifelong supporter of the Rossoneri. The Little Pharaoh cost a total N5.1 Billion (£20m) from Genoa and only turned 20 last week, but is the current Serie A Capocannoniere with eight goals this season. It is highly unlikely that Milan would part with their latest talent, especially after angering the fans by selling Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Thiago Silva and Antonio Cassano this summer.
